Celebrate the holiday season at The Block Theater at You42 Studios with a beloved Christmas tradition! For the 19th consecutive year, Jeffrey Bützer and T.T. Mahony, joined by Francisco Lora and a small chorus featuring Audrey Gámez and Kelly Winn, bring Vince Guaraldi’s timeless score from A Charlie Brown Christmas to life.
Capturing the warmth, melancholy, playful spirit, and unmistakable jazz sensibility of the original recordings, this talented ensemble honors Guaraldi’s music while adding their own improvisational flair and a few special surprises along the way. It's a faithful tribute to one of the most cherished Christmas albums of all time, performed by a group that makes the tradition feel fresh year after year.
But the holiday celebration doesn't stop there! The ensemble will also perform selections from Phil Spector’s legendary A Christmas Gift for You, adding another iconic soundtrack to the evening.
Kicking things off, The Home Alones will deliver a fast-paced set of original holiday songs inspired by the Home Alone film franchise.
From timeless jazz standards to holiday rock-and-roll and a little Christmas mischief, this is a festive night of music for the whole family. Make it a holiday tradition at The Block!
