These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in any You42 Studios membership program (“Membership”) offered by You42 Studios (“You42,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a Membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

Memberships are available to individuals who:

• Maintain a valid payment method on file

• Provide accurate account information

• Agree to comply with all studio policies and operational procedures

Certain memberships (e.g., Student Memberships) require eligibility verification.

2. Membership Types

You42 Studios may offer multiple membership tiers, including but not limited to:

• Creator

• Influencer

• Superstar

• Student

Each Membership tier includes specific benefits as described at the time of purchase. Benefits may include studio time, discounted rates, equipment privileges, or promotional eligibility.

You42 reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership tiers at its discretion.

3. Membership Term & Billing

3.1 Recurring Monthly Billing

All Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

• Billing occurs automatically on the same calendar day each month.

• Payment is charged to the card on file.

• All payments are non-refundable once processed.

There are no annual membership options at this time.

3.2 Cancellation

Members may cancel at any time through their account portal.

• Cancellation stops future billing.

• Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

• No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

4. Studio Time & Usage

4.1 Monthly Allotments

If a Membership includes studio hours:

• Hours reset each billing cycle.

• Unused hours do not roll over.

• Unused time has no cash value.

• Studio time is subject to availability and zone restrictions.

4.2 Booking Policies

All bookings remain subject to:

• 24-hour cancellation policy

• Zone-based scheduling

• Noise restrictions

• Equipment availability

• Event priority scheduling

If an event is scheduled in a zone, event bookings take priority over standard membership bookings.

5. Equipment Access

If a Membership includes discounted or complimentary equipment:

• Equipment must be reserved separately.

• ID verification may be required at check-in.

• Equipment is first-come, first-served unless pre-approved.

• Members must inspect equipment at the start of their session.

Members are financially responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.

6. Student Membership Terms

Student Members must:

• Present a valid student ID at check-in

• Provide proof of current enrollment upon request

Failure to verify eligibility may result in suspension of student benefits.

Student memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.

7. Creator Community Benefits

Creator Community benefits (including upload incentives, featured placements, newsletter mentions, or Creator Wall features):

• Are not guaranteed

• Are awarded at You42’s discretion

• Require content to be live at the time of booking

• Do not require that content be created at You42

• Do not require studio credit in posted content

You42 retains editorial discretion regarding all promotional features.

8. Conduct & Community Standards

Members agree to:

• Respect staff and fellow creators

• Follow all posted studio rules

• Comply with noise policies

• Vacate studios at the end of scheduled time

You42 may suspend or revoke Membership without refund for:

• Repeated policy violations

• Property damage

• Harassment or unsafe conduct

• Fraudulent use of membership benefits

9. Missed Bookings & No-Shows

Membership bookings are subject to the standard 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and count toward usage.

• No-shows count as used time.

• Repeated abuse may result in suspension.

10. Non-Transferability

Memberships:

• Are non-transferable

• May not be shared

• May not be resold

Each Membership is valid only for the registered account holder.

11. Modifications

You42 reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing

• Modify benefits

• Update studio policies

• Change operational procedures

Members will be notified of material changes when applicable.

12. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that studio activities involve inherent risks.

By using You42 Studios, Members:

• Assume all risk of injury or property loss

• Agree to sign required waivers

• Release You42 from liability arising from normal use of the facility

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
