You42 Studios Memberships & Studio Package Terms & Conditions

These Memberships & Studio Package Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in any recurring membership program ("Membership") and the purchase or use of any prepaid studio package ("Package") offered by You42 Studios ("You42," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using a Membership or Package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Memberships and Studio Packages are available to individuals who:

  • Maintain a valid payment method on file

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Agree to comply with all studio policies, operational procedures, and facility rules

You42 reserves the right to refuse or revoke access for violations of these Terms or other published studio policies.

2. Memberships & Package Types

You42 Studios may offer recurring memberships, prepaid studio hour packages, promotional offers, and other programs, including but not limited to:

Recurring Memberships

  • Student Membership

Prepaid Studio Packages

  • 4-Hour Package

  • 8-Hour Package

  • 12-Hour Package

  • Promotional Packages

Each Membership or Package includes the pricing, hours, eligibility requirements, and benefits described at the time of purchase.

You42 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or introduce Memberships and Packages at its discretion.

3. Payment, Billing & Validity

3.1 Recurring Memberships

Recurring Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

Payment will be charged to the payment method on file.

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle the Member to a refund for the current billing period.

You42 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership access for failed payments or violations of these Terms.

3.2 Student Membership

Student Membership holders must maintain eligibility requirements established by You42.

You42 may require proof of current student status at any time.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in suspension or termination of Student Membership benefits.

3.3 Prepaid Studio Packages

All Studio Packages are purchased in advance and paid in full at the time of purchase.

Package hours are credited to the purchaser's account upon successful payment.

All Package purchases are non-refundable.

3.4 Package Expiration

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

  • 4-Hour Packages expire sixty (60) days after purchase.

  • 8-Hour Packages expire ninety (90) days after purchase.

  • 12-Hour Packages expire one hundred twenty (120) days after purchase.

Unused hours expire automatically at the end of the applicable validity period.

Expired hours have no cash value and will not be refunded, extended, or converted into account credit except at the sole discretion of You42.

4. Studio Time & Usage

4.1 Hour Usage

Membership hours and Package hours:

  • May only be used by the account holder

  • Are deducted based on booked studio time

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, credits, or other services

Membership or Package hours may only be used toward eligible studio bookings and may not be applied toward event rentals, theater rentals, banquet rentals, food and beverage purchases, workshops, classes, merchandise, equipment rentals, or other services unless expressly approved by You42.

Studio availability is subject to scheduling limitations, operating hours, maintenance requirements, and space availability.

4.2 Membership Hour Policies

If a Membership includes studio hours:

  • Hours reset at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated

  • Unused hours do not roll over

  • Unused hours have no cash value

  • Hours may not be converted into Package credit or refunds

4.3 Booking Policies

All bookings remain subject to the current You42 Studios Booking Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • 24-hour cancellation policy

  • Studio availability

  • Zone-based scheduling restrictions

  • Noise limitations

  • Event priority scheduling

You42 reserves the right to relocate, reschedule, or cancel bookings when necessary for maintenance, safety concerns, operational requirements, or special events.

5. Facility Rules & Conduct

Members and Package holders agree to:

  • Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions

  • Treat staff, guests, and other users respectfully

  • Use facilities only for lawful purposes

  • Maintain a safe working environment

  • Vacate studios promptly at the conclusion of their booking

You42 may suspend or revoke Memberships or Package privileges without refund for:

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Property damage

  • Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct

  • Fraudulent use of Membership or Package benefits

  • Unauthorized sharing or resale of Memberships or Packages

  • Illegal activity occurring on the premises

6. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

All bookings are subject to the standard You42 Studios cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of the booked hours.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled booking period.

  • Repeated abuse of scheduling policies may result in suspension of booking privileges.

7. Non-Transferability

Memberships and Packages:

  • Are non-transferable

  • May not be shared

  • May not be resold

  • May not be exchanged between accounts

Membership benefits and Package hours are valid only for the registered purchaser and may not be transferred to another individual, business, or organization.

8. Modifications

You42 reserves the right to:

  • Adjust pricing

  • Modify Memberships or Package offerings

  • Update facility policies

  • Change operational procedures

  • Revise these Terms & Conditions

Any modifications will become effective upon posting or publication by You42 unless otherwise required by law.

9. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that participation in studio production activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of equipment, lighting, props, furniture, production environments, and other facility amenities.

By entering or using You42 Studios facilities, users:

  • Assume all risks of personal injury, property damage, or loss

  • Agree to execute any required waivers or releases

  • Release and hold harmless You42 Studios, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims arising from ordinary use of the facility

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

By purchasing or using a Membership or Studio Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
